Event Planning & Wednesday Night Practice

This week the details of our fundraising event on the 11th October have been finalised with the wonderful The Beard Conspiracy confirming that they will play. We have been busily collecting raffle prizes, making lists of cakes to bake, creating decorations and making a fairy wishing well for donations.

At Wednesday practice Vixen's practiced 'Gemini' and 'Soggy Vixens' and Emma taught one of our dancers 'Willow's Edge'. The dance '1452' was learnt in a new configuration of Wolf's Head and Vixen's with much hilarity-but we got there in the end. Wolf’s Head practiced 'Ragged Crow' and 'Organ Grinder's Mate' with a new dancer. Simon and Dill practiced some tunes together, getting the finer details hashed out and it's sounding brilliant. A great evening fueled by yummy bread and butter pudding - the Squire knows how to get us all dancing!
