They are a fantastic three-piece ensemble based in the south east of England. The Vixens started the night with a 'Willow's Edge'- Rachel's second go at it and she is dancing it more confidently now. Emma taught Angela 'Fulja', walking it through first then dancing and she picked it up well. Vixens then danced 'Jacky Tar' and 'Mote and Beam'. Wolf's Head practiced 'Organ Grind er's Mate'. Saturday 12th September Today, as guests of Wantsum Morris, we joined the Hop Hoodening in Canterbury, along with lots of other Morris sides. We met early for our customary breakfast, then joined the other sides on the green outside the Cathedral to ready ourselves for the procession and cover our hats and heads in hops. Wednesday night practice 09/09/26 A smaller group of us at practice this week so we focused on tidying up 'Vixen's Revenge', 'Inari' and Gemini. There was another amazing milestone for Vixen Rachel - her first dance since she was diagnosed with breast cancer. We are are so proud of her taking another step on her road to recovery! We made more plans for our afternoon tea for Macmillan Cancer Support in October. It's going to be a great afternoon!

Kent & East Sussex Railway's Hop Pickers, Craft and Country Fair, Bodiam Station. We met at Tenterden Station in the morning for breakfast and several gallons of tea before hopping on the steam train to Bodiam. At Northiam station we met up with Ruxley's Crew Morris (a very cool pirate based Morris from Hastings) who joined us on the train for the last leg of the journey. Day of Syn with Romney Marsh Morris Sunday 30th August We started the day with an epic cooked breakfast and many mugs of tea at The Kraken cafe to ready us for a full day of dance with the fantastic Romney Marsh Morris. We were treated to a beautiful sunset as we arrived at the pub and although it was forecast for storms we only had a few spots of rain.
