Learning New Dances at Wednesday Night Practice

After our successful Macmillan charity event on Sunday, Wolf's Head and Vixen met up for our weekly practice on Wednesday evening, all a little bit tired but very triumphant!

This practice saw Foreperson Emma teach Vixen Alice 'Mrs Lovett's Delight' and 'Calan Mai'. Both dances she picked up really quickly. Hannah and Alice both learnt 'Ladies of Good Intent' a favourite of Squire Mel's and hasn't been danced out for some years but hopefully will be ready for Dusking.

Wolf's Head practiced 'Organ Grinder's Mate' with new dancer Simon and then polished some of their other dances. Simon and Dill brushed up on some of the tunes, Dill learning 'Calan Mai'. Overall a very productive evening!
